#8 If the genotype is "Aa, Bb", then 4 different kinds of gametes can be made: (aB, AB, ab, and Ab)

#9 A diploid cell is a cell that contains two sets of chromosomes. This is double the haploid chromosome number. Each pair of chromosomes in a diploid cell is considered to be one homologous chromosome set. ... The somatic cells in your body are diploid cells.

Haploid describes a cell that contains a single set of chromosomes. The term haploid can also refer to the number of chromosomes in egg or sperm cells, which are also called gametes. In humans, gametes are haploid cells that contain 23 chromosomes, each of which a one of a chromosome pair that exists in diploid cells.

#10 the principle, originated by Gregor Mendel, this law states that allele pairs separate independently during the formation of gametes. Therefore, traits are transmitted to offspring independently of one another.

couldn't figure out #11 sorry!

9. A diploid is a cell that is produced during the end of mitosis ( 2 diploid cells are produced). A diploid contains the full set of the DNA that is needed to carry out cell functions. A haploid cell is produced during the end of meiosis 2 (4 haploid cells are produced). A haploid cell contains half the information of a DNA cell, which is why its a sex cell for the haploid cells come together to form a baby during sexual intercourse.

Which diagram best represents the cycling of respiratory and photosynthetic gases in green
Sedbober [7]

Answer:

The correct answer is - option D.

Explanation:

In algae or any other photosynthetic organism, there is the internalization of carbon dioxide gas in the reaction with water in the presence of sunlight to produce sugar molecules and oxygen gas in the atmosphere. So, photosynthesis is the process that releases or produces oxygen gas.

In cellular respiration (aerobic) the product of photosynthesis, glucose molecules, and oxygen react to produce the energy and releases carbon dioxide and water as byproducts.

So, the correct answer is - option D.

 2. Eukaryotic cells don't have a cell wall surrounding their cell membrane. The Eukaryotic cells have a well organised nucleus .The genetic material of the cell is surrounded by nuclear membrane or nuclear envelope.
 3. Both Eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells have DNA.Both have a plasma membrane or cell membrane.
