The changes that I would make in my diet after reviewing the USDA nutritional recommendations is eating more fruits and vegetables. I will make sure that they are present in my plate since they are important as protein and grains. Moreover, it is important to choose a diet with more calories from grains, lean meats, fish, poultry, low-fat dairy products, vegetable and fruits. Then choose fewer calories from fats and sweets.
Lastly, another change that I will make is to increase my physical activities by making sure that I can exercise regularly to be more physically fit.
He should invite them to come do it with him and make it a friend thing and explain why it's important to him, and if they don't understand, then they aren't worth being friends with!
