Linoleic acid tends to be found in a great amount of foods in the modern diet. This type of fatty acid is found in vegetable oils, nuts, and seeds: with the high amount of items that are eaten from these food groups by the average person, the amount of linoleic acid consumed is typically far more than is required.
Answer:
Because the water molecules are small, many of them can surround one molecule of the solute and form hydrogen bonds.
Explanation: Because of the attraction, the water molecules can pull the solute molecules apart so that the solute dissolves in the water.
Answer:
Trypsin cuts at lysine and arginine amino acid residues at the carboxyl end. Chymotrypsin cuts at tryosine , phenylalanine, and tryptophan amino acid residues at the carboxyl end.
Explanation:
Trypsin and chymotrypsin are known as proteolytic enzymes which are actively involved in the digestive system. They are both secreted by the pancreas and are majorly involved in the breakdown of protein in the small intestine.
Trypsin cuts at lysine and arginine amino acid residues at the carboxyl end. Chymotrypsin cuts at tryosine , phenylalanine, and tryptophan amino acid residues at the carboxyl end.
Answer:
4. The correct pathway for the flow of electron during photosynthesis is mentioned in option D. > NADP > Calvin cycle.
- Electron is first provided to the photo-system II by the phtolysis of water.
- Then it is passed to photo-system I with the help of plastoquinone (PQ) and cytochrome .
- Finally, electron from the photo-system II is used to reduce NADP to NADPH.
- NADPH and ATP are used in light independent phase or Calvin cycle to synthesize carbohydrate from carbon dioxide.
5. The correct answer is B.) photosynthesis.
- Photosynthesis is the process by which green plants synthesize glucose or carbohydrate from carbon dioxide and water in presence of sunlight and chlorophyll.
- In light independent phase of photosynthesis, it requires ATP and NADPH in order to synthesize food.
- Lastly, oxidation or breaking down of glucose releases energy and photosynthesis is a anabolic process instead of catabolic one.
Answer:
e. None of the above
Explanation:
For me as a Researcher, the reason could be increased Concentration of your DNA sample which you are using as your template. Try to decrease the concentration of DNA (up to 100 ng per reaction is enough and can increase up to 200 ng). so the reason for getting non specific bands is increase concentration of DNA which results in non specific amplification and also degradation of DNA in the reaction which you can see in your gel electrophoresis results.
i always corrected my results using the same technique that is lowering the concentration of DNA between 100 and 200 ng per single reaction of PCR.
