<span>In psychology, learning is often defined as a change in behavior that 1) lasts a relatively long time and 2) is derived form experience. An example would be a child who touches a hot stove and gets burned. In the future the child avoids the stove. The child has learned through experience and has altered his behavior.</span>
To be human means that, in millions of years, we have become today, caring, intuitive, conniving, intelligent, and ever-learning primates. To be human is to be bipedal, communicate, and to be advanced. Being human is having a mind, will, and emotions. No other form of life has all of those.
It's called respect, and it's a basic value for human beings.

This stated that the political organization of the colony, set up the election of officers, created twelve counties within the state and stated it would protect the rights of the individuals living in New York State.
