Although it says the initial speed of 70 miles per hour, you’re supposed to have it in feet per second as states in the first part. To turn 70 miles to feet, multiply by 5280. This gives you 369600 feet. It also needs it in seconds, not hours. So divide 369600 by 60 as there are 60 seconds in an hour. You get 6160. Plug that in for the second term and u should get the third one.
