Ancient Egypt was the strongest whenever there is a very strong leader. A strong leader rules the nation stronger. Therefor, if the ruler was strong, Ancient Egypt was strong.
Ancient Egypt was strongest when its rulers where strong because strong rulers where able to provide more crops because they where able to stop thieves. Also if a neighboring city wanted to attack egypt the strong ruler chold prevent it while a weak one whold fall to it.
C) Congress does not decide to get rid of laws that go against the constitution. That is the job of the judicial branch not to pass unconstitutional laws.
