y - 11 = 3x + 12....add 11 to both sides
y = 3x + 12 + 11...simplify

Y intercept is found by having the x value equal 0 (and vise versus for x intercept) so 5y=10 or simplified y=2
Then you have to find the x intercept (2x=10 and or x=5) then it’s just run over rise (2/5)
