This question seems to be incomplete. However, there is enough information to find the right answer.

Answer: Dynamic of need

Explanation:

The question refers to "Data Visualisation: A Handbook for Data Driven Design," by Andy Kirk.

Kirk lists some of the factors that influence the delivery of accessible design, such as

The dynamic of need refers to whether the audience needs to engage whit the work as a means to an end, such as a requirement for a job, or do they do it voluntarily.

The  Subject-matter appeal refers to the interest the audience has in the subject at the beginning of the consumption experience. Only those that find the subject matter immediately appealing will more likely engage with the data visualization.

Do you think race relations in your country are better, worse, or stayed the same in the last 50 years? Why? Give some examples
ivann1987 [24]

Answer: It is better

Explanation:

They are surely better. I think that there is much less discrimination. Social media is full of opinions on this situation and everyone is thinking that all people should be equal. Nowadays, all races are having the same opportunity in life.

The best example for that is president Barack Obama who is the first Bi-racial presidential candidate and he was nominated by the other people which is showing how people are looking at that race relations situation and that it doesn't matter which race is someone.

I think that the situation is better because those people are standing for each other and doing their best. They were fighting for their rights trough many years and they deserved it.
