I assume this postulates a state statute. A decision upholding the constitutionality of a federal statute might or might not bode well for an equivalent state statute. Some federal laws are within the exclusive province of the federal government, so states may not legislate about the same subject under any circumstances, such as most matters of foreign relations and national defense. There are also categories of law that Congress may choose to make exclusively federal. The Copyright Act of 1976 did that for copyright law, which previously allowed scope for complementary state law.

Answer: While viewing this documentary I went through such emotions. I felt furious, crushed, hateful, damaged, and wounded. This documentary was very challenging and difficult to watch. Although, I have heard about this story from my family before, by hearing it once more. I was crushed all over again. Personally, I felt like the violence act that took place was unfair and there should have been more justice. It is cruel to treat a human being like this. Where is the remorse? What caught my attention the most in the documentary was how it was built on racial discrimination.

Here it goes:

Factories weren't easy back in the days. They were packed with workers working as hard as they could to have some food on the table when they got home. I was one of them. Factories were dirty, machinery wasn't as efficient and the environment wasn't very friendly. All we did for hours and hours was stacking, separating boxing, etc. Many people were ill and others exhausted.
