On Earth, sunlight is scattered and filtered through Earth's atmosphere, and is obvious as daylight when the Sun is above the horizon. When direct solar radiation is not blocked by clouds, it is experienced as sunshine, a combination of bright light and radiant heat.

3rd law pf motion: states, "that when one object applies a force on a second object, the second one simultaneously applies a force equal in magnitude and opposite in direction on the first object."

It will definetly not be 3rd law, or second law, and I think it would be the 1st law.
