Which activity might be easiest for people with COPD
anastassius [24]

Answer:

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease also known as COPD is lung diseases such as emphysema, chronic bronchitis, and refractory asthma. Activities for a person with this disorder is walking inside or outside, water aerobics, stationary biking, and Tia Chi.

Explanation:

Slow activities without a lot of breathing helps this disease. For the biking don't try to ride fast just slow enough to where you are not falling. If there is a hill try to walk your bike uphill instead of strain yourself riding up there. Getting fresh air is just fine. Also don't go outside in really hot weather like degrees 85 or higher, this is because hot weather causes panting which strains the lungs for elderly.
