If you multiply the 2’s you get a 4 and when u multiply the zeros with it you would have to add a zero to the 0.002. So it would be 0.0004

Answer:

because if you do 0.2 multiplied by 10 you get 2 and 0.002 times 1000 you get 2 X 2.

2 X 2 = 4

now if you divide 4 by 10000 (add 10 and 1000 from above) you get 0.0004
