Why do I have a random feeling that something bad will happen or that something is missing? This whole day has been nuetral and

I don't have any events coming up so it's not that I'm worried or anxious about anything. After this feeling sort of faded I had a huge headache around the top of my eyes for about 20 minutes as well, does anyone know what this means?

Your overthinking bro. I don't know anything about psychology but I used to have the same sort of problem. Always try to think about positive things and they will natrually happen. Basiclly keep yourself in a good mood. Also stress might be causing your headache, try to root out the problem and solve it. Once again i am not a expert, just based on expeirnce.
