Answer:

9:24 am

Step-by-step explanation:

89 bus = 8 minutes

368 bus = 12 minutes

Find the lowest common multiple(L.C.M) of 8 minutes and 12 minutes

8 minutes = 16, 24, 32, 40, 48

12 minutes = 24, 36, 48, 60

The L.C.M of 8 minutes and 12 minutes is 24 minutes

Both buses are at the same stop at 9 am.

The next time both buses will be at the same stand = 9 am + 24 minutes

= 9:24 am

Answer:

QII

Step-by-step explanation:

We can use the acronym: ASTC or All Students Take Calculus.

The first letter of each word tells us details within a certain quadrant.

All trig functions in QI will be positive.

Only sine (and cosecant) will be positive in QII.

Only tangent (and cotangent) will be positive in QIII.

And only cosine (or secant) will be positive in QIV.

We know that tan(θ)<0. In other words, it's negative.

So, it our angle θ cannot be in QI or QIII.

We also know that cos(θ)<0.

So, this removes QIV, since in QIV, cosine is positive.

Therefore, the only choices that remains is QII.

In QII, sine is positive, tangent is negative, and cosine is negative.

This fits all our conditions, so θ is in QII.

And we're done!

Tasya [4]

Answer:

Given,

f(x)=x^2+6

g(x)=2x-1

Now,

g[f(x)]=g(x^2+6) since f(x)=x^2+6

=2(x^2+6)-1 since x > x^2+6

=2x^2+12-1

=2x^2+11

Which equation describes this line?
yawa3891 [41]

Answer:

The equation of line with given points is y - 4 = 3 ( x + 2 ) .

Step-by-step explanation:

Given as :

The points of line are ( 1 , 13 ) and ( - 2 , 4 )

The point slope intercept equation of line is

y - y_1 = m ( x - x_1 )

Where m is the slope of line

So , Slope , m = \frac{y_2 - y_1}{x_2 - x_1}

Or, m =  \frac{4 - 13}{ - 2 - 1}

Or, m =  \frac{ - 9}{ - 3}

∴ m = 3

Now The equation of line is

y - y_1 = m ( x - x_1 )

Or. y - 13 = 3 ( x - 1 )

Or, y - 13 = 3 x - 3

Or, y = 3 x - 3 + 13

∴ y = 3 x + 10

I.e y - 4 = 3 x + 6

Or, y - 4 = 3 ( x + 2 )

Hence The equation of line with given points is y - 4 = 3 ( x + 2 ) . Answer
