When did the first humans appear in North America?
Vikentia [17]

Humans first appeared in North America in 1950s. A hypothesis states that the Clovis culture represents the earliest human presence in the Americas, beginning about 13,000 years ago; evidence of pre-Clovis cultures has accumulated since 2000, pushing back the possible date of the first peopling of the Americas to 33,000 years ago.

Fill in the missing words !
Crazy boy [7]

Answer:

Find answer below.

Explanation:

In 1943, Abraham Maslow a humanist psychologist in his work titled "A theory of Human Motivation" stated that five categories of human needs influences or impact the behavior of an individual. The five (5) human needs include;

I. Physiological needs.

II. Safety needs.

III. Love and belonging needs.

IV. Esteem needs.

V. Self-actualization needs.

Hence, from the above we can deduce the following theories;

1. The acquired needs model proposes that when a need is strong, it will motivate a person so much that she/he will engage in certain behaviors to satisfy that need.

2. People always want more, needs depend on what they already have. A need that has been satisfied is not a motivating tool for the doer. Only unmet needs can influence behavior.

Explanation:

Consumer-generated marketing also known as CGM is referred to as an affordable and efficient marketing strategy which tends to use a customer-created feedback and material, i.e. user created reviews and content. One of the major advantage of such kind of marketing is that it tends to be affordable and thus can be easily and quickly created. But there lies some drawbacks as well, i.e. the lack of control and relative rawness of such marketing.
