Russia's government is based on ruling and controlling. Meaning the President chose the Prime minister. One of Russias public policy is called extraction, meaning the political system extract resources from their environment, For an example The Russian military uses young guys as soldiers. The Most common and worse is the extraction of Taxation in Russia. Russia also has a lot of natural resources which they try to trade.There is also the groups in the government that have political control and can do whatever they want for an example make a Private police.

The Russian government currently is a little bit shady because the president basically could create a law that permitted him to re-elect himself for the position.

Not only that, he could also choose whoever person for the government position and no one would be able to make a strong opposition toward his agenda.
