What I do before a big exam is study, get goods amount of sleep, stretch your body, practice any breathing Technics, etc. You shouldn't be stressed out from a test, just study and do things to release the stress and ace that test!
The amount of calories that a person should consume depends on the gender, generally an adult male should consume around 2,000-3,000 calories a day and an adult female should consume around 1,600-2,400. The way the calories should be distributed depends on the person, if they are planning to have 3 main meals then they should distribute it evenly amongst those meals however if they are planning to have snacks in between they will need to take that into consideration as well.
