Answer:

The temperature has to be inversely proportional to the time therefore the solution will be:

60minutes/200degrees=x/350degrees

200x/200=21000/200

x=105minutes

I hope this helps

Answer:

105 minutes.

Step-by-step explanation:

As 200 degrees is less than 350 it will take longer at 200.

By proportion that would be (350/200) * 60

= 60 * 7/4

= 105 minutes.

-1/3(n + 15) = -2<br><br> Explain how to solve it.
liq [111]
Well, BEDMAS contains the answer

Brackets first
We have a variable here so we won’t touch it for now

Multiplication
Cancel the fraction by multiplying by the denominator
-1(n+15) = -6

Divide by -1 to isolate the brackets
N+15 = 6

Add 15 to both sides
N = 21

Double check by putting 21 instead of n into the equation

1. Let a be a positive real number. In Part (1) of Theorem 3.25, we proved that for each real number x, jxj &lt; a if and only i
krek1111 [17]

Answer:

(a)

if x \geq 0 then  x \geq a and if x<0 then -x > a

(b)

That is straightforward from what you showed on theorem 3.25

(c)

Following the same ideas from (a) x>a or -x > a.

Step-by-step explanation:

Remember how we define the absolute value of a number.

(a)

In general

|x| = x  \,\,\,\text{if}  \,\,\,\, x \geq 0 \\|x| = -x  \,\,\,\text{if}  \,\,\,\, x < 0

Therefore if |x| \geq a   you have two cases, if x \geq 0 then  x \geq a and if x<0 then -x > a

(b)

That is straightforward from what you showed on theorem 3.25

(c)

Following the same ideas from (a) x>a or -x > a.

Find the value of x, y, and z in the parallelogram below.
telo118 [61]

The values of x, y, and z of the parallelogram are -19°, -115° and 27°

<h3>What is a parallelogram?</h3>

A parallelogram is a two-dimensional geometrical shape whose sides are parallel to each other. It is a type of polygon having four sides (also called quadrilateral), where the pair of parallel sides are equal in length. The Sum of adjacent angles of a parallelogram is equal to 180 degrees.

for a parallelogram opposite angles are equal

-4x -1 = 75

-4x = 76

x = 76/-4

x = -19°

sum of adjacent angles are supplementary

(-y-10) + 75 = 180

-y + 65 = 180

-y = 180 - 65

-y = 115

y = -115°

Also

4z - 3 + 75 = 180

4z + 72 = 180

4z = 180 - 72

4z = 108

z = 108/4

z = 27°

In conclusion, the values of x = -19, y = -115, z = 27
