Sarita is better off studying for another hour.

Marginal benefit is the additional satisfaction one gains from an additional unit of an activity.

Marginal cost is the additional cost from an additional unit of an activity.

The marginal benefit of studying is grater than the marginal cost means that adding another hour of studying will increase its benefits. In other words, the gained knowledge during the one hour of study is greater than the effort Sarita had to put into studying. If the effort was greater than the benefit, the marginal cost would be grater too and there wouldn't be any reason to study for additional time.

it's better studying for another hour because it's drilled into her head all of the work, but not studying for another hour means you just spent 2 hours doing nothing!

What is isolationism?
alexandr1967 [171]

Answer:

Isolationism is described as D.internally focused foreign policy

Explanation:

Isolationism is a foreign policy that believes in the government having an 'internal focus' where the government should try to improve to solve national problems before taking care of issues that are far from home.

Isolationism can be both political and economic. A isolationist political policy would mean that a country decides not to take part in world events and instead use their funds and energy internally.

An example of this can be countries like Switzerland, which do not take part in international wars and missions and only recently joined the UN.

An economic isolationist policy is when a country decides to not trade freely around the world. This might be to safeguard local natural resources or against foreign competition. There have been many examples of such countries, one of the best known being Japan in the early 15th century.

Compare the causes and effects of the development of constitutional monarchy in England with those of the development of absolut
Yanka [14]
It was the growing power of Parliament, and several incompetent monarchs which led to this. By the 17th century, Parliament had gained one power that the monarchy no longer had - they were in charge of raising taxes. King Charles I got into so many arguments over money, religion and political affairs that his own Parliament declared war on him. In the end, Parliament won and had the king executed. Oliver Cromwell became the dictator of England for 10 years (this period is known as the Commonwealth), and abolished an increasingly corrupt Parliament. After his death, both the Monarchy and Parliament were restored, and king Charles II became King. The Civil War led to a gradual increase in Parliament's power, which may well have stopped the country from having a revolution.
