Depending on what kind of answer a person can give to a question they're asked, questions can be:
Closed-ended - there is a limited number of answers a person can choose. Examples of closed-ended questions are multiple-choice questions, alternative questions (e.g. yes/no questions), and rating-scales.
Open-ended - a person is free to answer a question however they want. Options are not limited.
All of the questions you were given except for the third one are examples of open-ended questions. When answering the first question, a patient can list any symptom. When answering the third question, they can say <em>yes </em>or <em>no</em>. This is the main difference between closed- and open-ended questions.
I believe because of their innocence behavior about almost everything. They wouldnt lie as much as adults because they are not aware of their surroundings yet and the consequences of every thing they say or do
