Y=3x+4 it’s hard to tell where the line is meeting the corners of the small squares but slope intercept is y=mx+b m is slope b is y intercept it appears as the line intercepts the y axis at 4 so that is your y intercept. the slope is 3/1 which is just 3 so you would end up with y=3x+4
