Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

a) 1 Kg =  1000 grams

1.8 Kg = 1.8 * 1000 = 1800.0 = 1800 grams

b) Weight of one toy = Weight of all the 6 toys ÷ 6

                                 = 1800 ÷ 6

                                = 300 grams

c)  Weight of 4 toys = 4 * 300

                               = 1200 grams

                              = 1200 ÷ 1000

                              = 1.2 Kg

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

1.8kg into grams

1.8kg = 1800 grams

Total toys = 6

Weight of one toy = 1800 ÷ 6 = 300 grams

Weight of 4 toys = 300 x 4 = 1200 grams = 1.2kg

Which of the following graphs could be the graph of the function f(x)=-0.08x(x^2-11x+18)?
MariettaO [177]

Answer:

option C

Step-by-step explanation:

f(x)=-0.08x(x^2-11x+18)

Factor the parenthesis and find out the x intercepts

(x^2-11x+18)

We find out two factors whose product is 18 and sum is -11

-9  and -2 gives us product 18

-9  -2 gives us sum -11

(x^2-11x+18) =(x-9)(x-2)

f(x)=-0.08x(x^2-11x+18)

f(x)= -0.08x(x-9)(x-2)

set f(x) =0  and solve for x

-0.08x(x-9)(x-2) =0

-0.08x =0, so x=0

x-9 = 0 , so x=9

x-2 =0 , so x=2

x intercepts are (0,0) (2,0)  and (9,0)

x intercepts are not repeating

so the graph crosses x -axis at x=0, 2,9

option C is correct

The graph is attached below4

What is the factored term form of 2x^3+4x^2-x
Westkost [7]

Answer: x(2x^2+4x-1)

Step-by-step explanation:

2x³+4x²-x, first find the Greatest Common Factor (GCF), which is x. To find the GCF, look at what all the numbers have in common, and then see if it has the greatest value. Next factor out the GCF.

x(\frac{2x^3}{x} + \frac{4x^2}{x}-\frac{x}{x} ) Simplify each term in the parentheses.

x(2x^2+4x-1)

Hope this helps, now you know the answer and how to do it. HAVE A BLESSED AND WONDERFUL DAY! :-)
