I believe the answer is: Mutual mistake

Mutual mistake happen when all the parties involved in the contract both mistaken regarding the things or material within their contract, which make them able to re-consider the term of the contract or even renew it. This type of mistake usually occurs when the planning do not represent the actualisation on the field

The contract between both of them is rescinded because of mutual mistake. It is because Mark and Dale, the parties of the contract, are both made a mistake about the estimation of the size of the truck. Although Dale and Mark have meeting of minds which is considered the contract to be valid but both they have made mistake, therefore, the contract is voidable.

Answer and explanation:

Location is one of the many factors businesses must consider at the moment of starting operations. Commercial areas tend to have higher rent and property prices. Typically, businessmen deal with it by increasing their products price so they can cover expenditures and make a profit. At the same time, most consumers are willing to pay the higher price for the product because it removes the need for relocation even if it could imply moving one or two blocks away.

Answer:

Debit Cash account $57,000

Credit Shares capital $3,000

Credit Share premium $54,000

Being entries to record cash received from the issuance of shares

Explanation:

Par value per share = $1

Issue price per share = $19

Premium per share from issue = $19 - $1

                                                   = $18

Number of issued shares = 3000

Share capital balance from issue = 3000 × $1

                                                          = $3000

Premium balance = 3000 × $18

                             = $54,000

Cash received from Issue = 3000 × $19

                                           = $57,000

The endowment effect, in behavioral finance, portrays a situation in which an individual qualities something that they officially possess more than something that they don't yet claim. It doesn't make a difference if the thing being referred to was bought or gotten as a gift, the impact still stays.
