HELP!!!!!!! Find the exact values of sin A and cos A
Nuetrik [128]

Answer:

last option

Step-by-step explanation:

Sin A: opp/hyp (opposite/hypotenuse)

opposite of A is 24 and the hypotenuse is 30

write that as a fraction: 24/30

simplify and it is: 4/5

Cos A: adj/hyp (adjacent/hypotenuse)

adjacent side of A is 18 and the hypotenuse if 30

write that as a fraction: 18/30

simplify and it is: 3/5

The concentration of hexane (a common solvent) was measured in units of micrograms per liter for a simple random sample of sixte
goldenfox [79]

Answer:

Yes, it can be concluded that the mean hexane concentration is less in treated water than in unsaturated water

Step-by-step explanation:

The number of of specimen in the samples of untreated water, n₁ = 16

The sample mean, \overline x_1 = 228.0

The sample standard deviation, s₁ = 4.3

The number of of specimen in the samples of treated water, n₂ = 20

The sample mean, \overline x_2 = 224.6

The sample standard deviation, s₂ = 5.0

The level of significance = 0.10

The null hypothesis, H₀; \overline x_1 ≥ \overline x_2

The alternative hypothesis, Hₐ;  \overline x_1 < \overline x_2

The degrees of freedom = 16 - 1 = 15

The test statistic, t_{\alpha} = 1.341

t=\dfrac{(\bar{x}_{1}-\bar{x}_{2})}{\sqrt{\dfrac{s_{1}^{2} }{n_{1}}-\dfrac{s _{2}^{2}}{n_{2}}}}

Plugging in the values, we get;

t=\dfrac{(224.6- 228.0)}{\sqrt{\dfrac{5.0^{2}}{20} -\dfrac{4.3^{2} }{16}}} \approx -11.0675

Given that the t-value is large, the corresponding p-value is low, therefore, we fail to reject the null hypothesis and there is considerable statistical evidence to suggest that the mean hexane concentration is less in treated than in untreated water, therefore, we have; \overline x_1 ≥ \overline x_2

HELPP plz in. 17 thank u so much
sergij07 [2.7K]
In the table, you can see level 1 is 5 to the first power, level 2 is 5 to the second and go on.
so in level 6 would be 5 to the sixth power
so the answer to first one is 5^6
for the second question you should know that level 2 is 5^2 and level 6 is 5^6 so 5^6/5^2 = 5^4 is the answer :))))
I hope this is helpful
have a nice day

a cretain 12- ounce soft drink contains about 10 teaspoons of sugar. if you drink 18 ounces of this soft drink, how many teaspoo
IgorC [24]

Answer:

15 teaspoons

Explanation:

The ratio of soft drink to sugar is 12:10, when simplified it is 6:5 (divide by 2)

Since there's 18 oz of soft drink, we multiply 6 by 3, and because it's a ratio we must also multiply 5 by 3, which gets us 15.

18:15
