Or you can find the greatest common factor which happens to be 8 in this case, and divide each by that can come to the conclusion that 8 apples go into 8 boxes and 3 oranges do into 8 boxes Over all the answer would be 8 apples and oranges per each box, to have a total number of 8 boxes.
