Answer: Beanstalk. There's a beanstalk out my window. How could it have gotten there? And how could it have reached my home? I fell back in my chair, beginning to close my eyes. Suddenly, I heard a rustle coming from the vault. I stomped into the vault room, angry at the disturbance for ruining my sleep. I looked around the room. My golden goose. She'd been taken. The door shut behind me, and I only caught a glimpse of the tiny thief. A human. I rushed down the beanstalk, fighting to win back my golden goose. The boy made it down way before me, but I couldn't give up.  Then, I heard the sawing of a saw. Uh-oh.

Essay on Freedom Fighters

Freedom fighters made sacrifices which one cannot even imagine of doing for their loved ones, leave alone the country. The amount of pain, hardships, and opposite they have endured cannot be put into words. The generations after them will always be indebted to them for their selfless sacrifices and hard work.

Importance of Freedom Fighters

One cannot emphasize enough on the importance of freedom fighters. After all, they are the ones because of whom we celebrate Independence Day. No matter how small a role they played, they are very much significant today as they were in those times. Moreover, they revolted against the colonizers so as to stand up for the country and its people

How does the author convey Rashema Melson’s intentions throughout the article? The story is “AT THE HEAD OF HER CLASS, AND HOMEL
goldenfox [79]
When I was teaching through UCSC Extension, one of the students asked if I would meet her outside of class for intensive, one-on-one instruction in editing. I agreed. Turns out, she'd been recently hired as an editor by a major player in the industry, and she now found herself in over her head because, actually, she couldn't edit. Her background? She'd been a massage therapist who'd taken to computers when the desktop models first came out, and so she'd begun a small desktop publishing business. As she worked with the various pieces clients gave her, she began to make little corrections here and there. Soon, she was calling herself an editor. (After all, she was making changes in someone else's text, wasn't she?)
