Answer:

B. the Sahel

Explanation:

The Sahel is the strip of the land and region of central-western Africa. It consists of the area between Sahara on the North and the savanna on the south. It goes through several African countries – Algeria, Mauritania, Central African Republic, Nigeria, Mali, Niger, Cameroon, Burkina Faso, Chad, Senegal, Sudan, South Sudan, Ethiopia, and Eritrea.

It has a dry, tropical climate with winds throughout the year, a bit milder than Sahara. There is not much flora because of the dryness of the land, and it is mostly rich in livestock.

Rudik [331]
Because the slaves are what worked the economy, while everyone else did nothing. Without the slaves the entire thing would collapse because slave owners would not want to work.

How are the Neo Assyrian and the US similar
Art [367]

Answer:

The Answer

Explanation:

Over the last decade many historians and political analysts have sought to highlight similarities between the American and Roman Empires. This paper presents an alternative to these equations by comparing the American and the Assyrian empire, based on my contention that they have structural similarities not shared by Rome.
