Unfortunately, you cannot delete the question. Once a question or an answer has been submitted, you can only edit the question/answer for 30 minutes. Once this timeframe is over it can no longer be edited at all. This however does not include deleting the question/answer. The only possible way to delete a question is if it is flagged for whatever reason as going against the website's policy or by getting in contact with an administrator/moderator and having them remove the question.
