If you where to plug in -12 in the equation, you would get -63. If you were to plug in -3, you would get -9. If you were to plug in 15, you would get 99. And if you were to plug in 24, you would get 153.
-12 * 6 = -72
-72 + 9 = -63

-3 * 6 = -18
-18 + 9= -9

15 * 6 = 84
84 + 9 = 99

24 * 6 = 144
144 + 9 = 153
