What happens to food and energy when it enters the cell?
scZoUnD [109]
The cell receives the food through a vacuole, this process is called endocytosis. The cell takes this and will break it down to the simplest form of energy at the mitochondrial matrix, and create 38 ATP from respiration.

Adam is warming up before baseball practice. Which of these activities would provide the best dynamic stretch to prepare him for
kenny6666 [7]

The answer is "arm swings".

Dynamic stretching for baseball is the best method to appropriately warm up the muscles, joints, and tendons preceding tossing or strenuous exercise. The old design technique for static stretching for pitchers has ended up being incapable as a warm up, and may even lessen touchiness in competitors.

Arm Swings while standing straight up, you will then swing one arm up over your head with a controlled movement. At that point rehash with the other arm. Perform ten reiterations on each arm. This will enable warm-to up the rotator cuff and upper back.

Why do you think body composition focuses on the ratio of fatty tissue to other body tissue? Why is body composition not related
kykrilka [37]

Fat is a quite simple component to measure. Increased or above normal/ average body fat has been proven to be linked with many health risks. Body weight is not always an accurate indication of body composition. If you were to equate an NFL running back who is 5' 10" and weighs 200 lbs, to a 5'10" 200 lbs. banker, there body composition would be VERY unalike although there weight is exactly the same. Of course the football player is healthier, because he is perhaps carrying one third of the body fat as the banker of the same weight. Maintaining that muscle mass would also infer healthy habits like nutrition and exercise.
