Answer:

y=2x+5

Step-by-step explanation:

m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

m=(9-(-1))/(2-(-3))

m=(9+1)/(2+3)

m=10/5

m=2

y-y1=m(x-x1)

y-(-1)=2(x-(-3))

y+1=2(x+3)

y=2x+6-1

y=2x+5

If a hexagon is worth 5 and a triangle is worth 3, what is a circle
Olegator [25]

Answer:

6

Step-by-step explanation:

Call pentagon p, circle c and triangle t

We have 2c + 2p = 2p + 2t + c

p = 5, t = 3 so

2c + 2(5) = 2(5) + 2(3) + c

2c + 10 = 10 + 6 + c

2c = 6 + c

c = 6

There are a rack of 14 billiard balls. Balls numbered 1 through 8 are solid-colored. Balls numbered 9 through 14 contain stripes
Jet001 [13]

Answer:

3/7  /    42.8% chance

Step-by-step explanation:

There are 6 striped balls (9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14) and 8 (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8) solid colored balls. So, 6 / 14 balls are striped.

(6 / 14  = 3 / 7)

this means that the probability of a ball being striped has the odds of 3/7

(3/7 = about 42.8% chance)

I REALLY NEED HELP PLEASE!!
nadezda [96]

Answer:

To me the triangles in #6 appear to be the same shape as the first triangle in #7(EFG) with different lengths on the sides. But not much else is the same. I mean they are all triangles but the shape of the second triangle in #7(XYZ) isn't the same as either of the triangles in #6.

I hope that made sense to you!

Hope this helped! Have a great day! :)
