B. Adding bicarbonate buffer- Bicarbonate buffer is added as a source of carbon to leaves undergoing photosynthesis.

C. Exposing the disc to vacuum in the syringe - the leaves are exposed to vacuum in the syringe in order to remove or displace trapped air in the leaves so that the bicarbonate buffer can enter the interior of the leaves and the disc will then sink to the bottom of the syringe.

D. Adding a plain buffer- the plain buffer serves as the control experiment as it does not provide a carbon source for the discs in the experiment.

The mass of a planet also affects it’s gravitational pull. If all of the planets had the same mass, they would all have the same gravitational pull, meaning that they would all attract the same amount of asteroids, meteors, and other spacial objects.

RNA Polymerase then matches free nucleotides by complementary base-pairing(A-U & C=G), working in the 5`to3` direction. Hydrogen bonds then form between the complementary bases, holding the nucleotides in place. Each free adjacent nucleotide is joined at 3` ends by Condensation reactions with the other to form Phosphodiester bonds.
Once the mRNA molecule is formed, it is separated from the synthesis complex and leaves the nucleus through pores in the nuclear envelope to moves towards ribosomes for Translation.
Lastly, the DNA double helix rewinds by forming Hydrogen Bonds.
