(y - y1) = m (x -x1)

( y - 5/2) = -1/2 (x - -2)

(y - 5/2) = -1/2 ( x + 2)

y - 5/2 = -1/2 x - 1

y = -x/2 - 1 + 5/2

y = -x/2 - 2/2 + 5/2

y = -x/2 + 3/2
