I would argue the answer is No.

They both served a different function which are equally important and you can always put an effort to have both. (through reading, exercise, diet, using products, etc)

For example,
Intelligence would determine the competence that you have when you do a job, but beauty would give you positive impressions that would help you to obtain a job even if other candidates might be more competent.
