The Klan believed that the only good people in the US were white protestants. Everyone else deserved to be terrorized.
The Supreme Court can review and determine whether law are constitutional or unconstitutional.
I'm not very sure about this, but I do know that Rome was it's own independant country that was influenced heavily by religion. I'm not sure <em>which </em>religion, but they built their own beliefs off of that one.
