Mariah has $92.47 dollars in her bank account. She spends half of it on clothes, and she spends the 1 quarter of the money left.

she returns 1/4th of the merchandise she bought. how many money does Mariah have left?

She has $49.13

First you take 1/2 of 92.47 which gives you <span>46.235. 

Then she spends 1/4 of </span>46.235 which leaves her with <span>34.68.

Then you would add up the total amount that she spent which would equal </span><span>57.79.

Since she returned 1/4 of the stuff bought you would take 1/4 of the total amount she spent and get </span><span>14.45. 

Then you would subtract the total she spent from the amount she had which gives you </span><span>34.68.

Lastly, you would add the 14.45 and the 34.68 together for her over all total of $49.13</span>
