That can be

15:7:9

So that means thayt each troop would get 15 enegery bars, 7 drinks and 9 bottles of water

Well if you were to keep repeating that process or just do a proportion you would get 5 total troops.

15:7:9

15*5 is 75

7*5 is 35

9*5=45

So 5 troops
