It cannot be equivalent unless you can divide 5/6 into 4/5 and multiply 4/5 into 5/6, but you can't. You can only add both by one which doesn't make it equivalent in any way

There are 3 ways to figure out if a table is proportional or not
The one i used in which if u make fractions like 2/24. They should be equal to another fraction taken from your table
2/24 simplified is 1/12 while 8/36 is 2/9.
So
NON-PROPOTIONAL
