Answer:

1170

Step-by-step explanation:

start with 10 and add 2 to each row. Then add each number up when you have 30 numbers.

10,12,14,16,18,20,22,24,26,28,30,32,34,36,38,40,42,44, 46,48,

50,52,54,56,58,60,62,64,66,68.

You get 1170 seats total.

I know there is a type of equation that can be used but I wanted to be 1000 percent sure of my answer to you to be correct.

In one region, the september energy consumption levels for single-family homes are found to be normally distributed with a mean
Mrac [35]
We first calculate the z-score corresponding to x = 1075 kWh. Given the mean of 1050 kWh, SD of 218 kWh, and sample size of n = 50, the formula for z is:
z = (x - mean) / (SD/sqrt(n)) = (1075 - 1050) / (218/sqrt(50)) = 0.81
From a z-table, the probability that z > 0.81 is 0.2090. Therefore, the probability that the mean of the 50 households is > 1075 kWh is 0.2090.

How to do this step by step?
serg [7]
The answer is 27.6
angle version of the law of cosines:

cos(C) = (a^2 + b^2 − c^2)/2ab

cos(A) = (b^2 + c^2 − a^2)/2bc

cos(B) = (c^2 + a^2 − b^2)/2ca

cos A = (b^2 + c^2 − a^2) / 2bc
cos A = (10^2+20^2-14^2)/200
cos A = (100+400-196)/200
cos A = (500-196)/200
cos A = (304)/200
cos A = (1.52)
A = cos^-1(1.52) = 40.54 degrees

cos B = (c^2+a^2-b^2)/2ca
cos B = (20^2+14^2-10^2)/280
cos B = (400+196-100)/280
cos B = (496)/280
cos B ≈ 1.77
B = cos^-1(1.77) = 27.66 degrees

we have two methods left to find the measure of angle C:
method 1 :
cos C = (a^2+b^2-c^2)/2ab
cos C = (14^2+10^2-20^2)/140
cos C = (196+100-400)/140
cos C = (-104)/140
cos C ≈ -0.74

C = cos^-1(-0.74) = 111.8 degrees

method 2: 40.54+27.66 = 68.2
180-68.2=111.8

The measure of angle A: 40.54
The measure of angle B: 27.66
The measure of angle C: 111.8

F(x)=-x^2+x
f(x)=−x
Find f(−1)
STALIN [3.7K]

Answer:

Step 1: Set x to -1 in the first equation

f(x) = -x^2 + x

f(-1) = -(-1)^2 + (-1)

f(-1) = -(1) - 1

f(-1) = -1 - 1

f(-1) = -2

Step 2: Set x to -1 in the second equation

f(x) = -x

f(-1) = -(-1)

f(-1) = 1

Determine the axis of symmetry for the function f(x) = −4(x + 7)2 − 3.
spayn [35]

Answer:

 x = -7

Step-by-step explanation:

The vertex form of this equation tells us it is a downward-opening parabola with its vertex at (-7, -3). The line of symmetry is the vertical line through the vertex: x = -7.

___

Vertex form is ...

 y = a(x -h) +k

where a is the vertical expansion factor, and (h, k) is the vertex. When a < 0, the parabola opens downward. When a > 0, it opens upward. (When a=0, the "parabola" is a horizontal line at y=k.)
