Hello, So this is for school in general, I am in 7th grade and when i am given assignments i attempt to do them and i get confused, I try do them and i end up sticking with it. Then i don't pay attention and i get confused on current assignments then i get FARTHER behind and i get so far behind and pressured i shut down and give up, Any Suggestions to help because at 11:59 PM all assignments lock and 3rd marking period assignments will not be graded

don't stress about it because you can do this! just sit down in a quiet room and try your best your only in 7th grade so even if you don't get everything done it won't effect you moving forwards too much and try talking to someone about falling behind like a trusted adult or teacher they might be able to help you come up with a game plan for the future

Hmm similarly my sister and I, who are both in school, have the same issue. Some tips that I use myself are, listening to music without words in the background. This helps me calm down and releases stresses, as well as calming scents if you have any like lavender. Try to stretch every so often, this helps gain energy and let blood flow through your veins to your brain. Try listing your assignments you need to get done for the week and when you get done with one, cross it out. This makes me feel so much more accomplished and then I can tackle the assingments I am behind on. Also drink LOTS of water! This helps your WHOLE body!

Remember that these don't work for everyone and if you need anything else I can try to give you some more help! Try not to stress too much, believe me that is definitely a lot easier said than done!
