Los sistemas que intervienen cuando caminas, corres y te sientas son:
Sistema nervioso.
Sistema muscular.
Sistema oseo.
Sistema respiratorio.
El movernos requiere la ayuda de muchos sistemas, sobre todo por el esfuerzo y equilibrio que esto conlleva. El sistema nervioso envía y recibe las ordenes, el sistema muscular y oseo generan la estructura del movimiento y el sistema respiratorio introduce oxígeno a nuestro organismo para ejecutar diferentes reacciones.
