Let her standard pay rate = x

She worked 40 hours for x per hour she also worked 5 hours at 1.5x ( time and a half)

Write an equation:

40x + 5(1.5x) = 1163.75

Simplify:

40x + 7.5x = 1163.75

Combine like terms:

47.5x = 1163.75

Divide both sides by 47.5

X = 24.50

Her regular hourly rate is $24.50

Answer:

40x+7.5x=1163.75

x=1163.75/47.5=24.5

her regular income is $24.5 per hour.

Lana71 [14]

the bag is 200g

total weight with oranges is 1400g

deduct the bags weight from total weight

1400 - 200

1200g

this is the weight of the three oranges

so each orange would be

1200 ÷ 3

400g

Nter the equation of the line in slope-intercept form.

Slope is 6, and (1, 3)
kupik [55]

Answer:

The equation in the slope-intercept form will be:

y=6x-3

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

 • slope = m = 6
 • point = (1, 3)

As we know that the equation of a line in point-slope form is

y-y_1=m\left(x-x_1\right)

substituting the values m = 6 and point = (1, 3)

y-3=6\left(x-1\right)

Writing the equation in slope-intercept form

y=mx+b

where m is the slope, and b is the y-intercept

so the equation of the line in slope-intercept form becomes

y-3=6\left(x-1\right)

add 3 to both sides

y-3+3=6\left(x-1\right)+3

y=6x-3

Therefore, the equation in the slope-intercept form will be:

y=6x-3
