How does biodiversity affect ecosystem stability?
SSSSS [86.1K]

The ecology is absolutely necessary for biodiversity. Ecosystem stability also rises as a result of increased biodiversity.

What do you mean by biodiversity?

The term "biodiversity" is used to describe the variety of species that can be found on earth. It can include things like plants, animals, bacteria, fungi, and microbes. The diversity of life on earth is immense; while many species are still waiting to be discovered, many more have already gone extinct. The ecosystem is composed of every single living thing. It also covers their surrounding environment and how people interact with them.

The ecosystem depends heavily on the various species. Therefore, the ecosystem's ideal balance is impacted when a single species goes extinct or is lost. Plants use the energy from the sun as part of the ecosystem's cycle.

Write as if you you were a chromosome...( a day in the life of a chromosome)
Crazy boy [7]

The terms chromosome and gene were used long before biologists really understood what these structures were. When the Austrian monk and biologist Gregor Mendel (1822–1884) developed the basic ideas of heredity, he assumed that genetic traits were somehow transmitted from parents to offspring in some kind of tiny "package." That package was later given the name "gene." When the term was first suggested, no one had any idea as to what a gene might look like. The term was used simply to convey the idea that traits are transmitted from one generation to the next in certain discrete units.

The term "chromosome" was first suggested in 1888 by the German anatomist Heinrich Wilhelm Gottfried von Waldeyer-Hartz (1836–1921). Waldeyer-Hartz used the term to describe certain structures that form during the process of cell division (reproduction).

One of the greatest breakthroughs in the history of biology occurred in 1953 when American biologist James Watson (1928– ) and English chemist Francis Crick (1916– ) discovered the chemical structure of a class of compounds known as deoxyribonucleic acids (DNA). The Watson and Crick discovery made it possible to express biological concepts (such as the gene) and structures (such as the chromosome) in concrete chemical terms.

Blacks "live within two concentric circles of segregation" means
mr_godi [17]
King stated this, he believed that black people were located at the bottom of the economic ladder. Their two circles of segregation were one that kept them prisoner based on their skin color while the other held them prisoner in poverty and deprivation. The average black person struggles to escape his circumstances but is hindered by these factors. He receives no normal education and no normal social or economic opportunities. When he attempts to try to better himself, he is told to lift himself up on his own by bis bootstraps, advice that is senseless considering he is often barefoot.
