Factors that affect individual learning include motivation, how people learn, intellectual ability, attention spans, and prior knowledge.

Explanation:

If someone isn't motivated to learn they won't. Intellectual ability can affect how well they retain information. Attention span limits the amount people can learn. Prior knowledge means that they have already learned the concept somewhat.

Whether there is a lack of sanitation from overcrowding, noise at all hours of the night, or the size of the population isn't desirable.
