Answer:

mimicry

Explanation:

Mimicry, in biology, phenomenon characterized by the superficial resemblance of two or more organisms that are not closely related taxonomically. This resemblance confers an advantage—such as protection from predation—upon one or both organisms by which the organisms deceive the animate agent of natural selection.

okay, the answer is D. mimicry. i mean- think about it: it cant be camouflage because like- camaflouge is where they hide like the stick bug. the stick bug camouflages into the tree. like- the stick bug has the same detail, looks like the tree. so it cant be camouflage. it cant be hibernation because snakes dont hibernate only fur animals do. snakes have scales. it cant be migration because only insects like butterflies, birds, and so on, only they migrate. snakes dont have wings. now we are left with D. if you think its A or D it can be but its D i got an A+ on my test with this question.

Explain how he interaction between mRNA codons and tRNA codons anticodons codes for a specific amino acid
Julli [10]
The interactions between the mRNA codons and the tRNA anticodons codes for a specific amino acid is by, it is the job of the tRNA to start working after the mRNA has able to have its own complementary copy. The mRNA will undergo to the nucleus and will move out, in order to go the rrna. The three nucleotides codes the specific amino acid of the trna. The trna and the mrna will be matched, it will now release the amino acid in the trna that wil form a peptide bond. When the mrna is able to be decoded to form an amino acid, it will now have the ability to break and make proteins in different structures.

The Seven Sisters are seven stars located more than 400 light-years away in the Taurus constellation and they can be seen here w
Ghella [55]

Answer:

Option B

Explanation:

The seven stars are bigger in size as compared to the size of the sun. Also, these stars are more luminous as compared to sun. However, these stars appear small in size in comparison to sun because of their distance from earth. The larger is the distance, the dimmer is the star. Sun is at a distance of 0.0000158 Light years from Earth while the nearest star of the seven sister i.e Alpha Centauri is 4.37 light years away.

Hence, option B is correct

Nucleases are enzymes that "cut" nucleic acids by breaking the phosphodiester bonds that link neighboring nucleotides on the sam
ale4655 [162]

Answer:

The correct answer is: exonuclease activity.

Explanation:

DNA Polymerase is an enzyme of critical importance for the replication of the DNA. DNA needs to be replicated so, when entering Mitosis, each daughter cell can have a copy of the genetic material they need.

DNA Polymerase has an exonuclease activity in which mismatched nucleotides are removed from the newly replicated DNA strand in order to prevent mutations that can lead to malfunctioning or harmful proteins.

When a skin cell completes one round of the cell cycle, what are the products
frez [133]

Cyclin-dependent kinases (Cdks), along with cyclins, are major control switches at these checkpoints. They are central to cell cycle control; their activation via cyclin mediates progression through all four phases of the cell cycle. p53 is a protein that functions to block the cell cycle if the DNA is damaged
