1. It is important that healthcare professionals are willing to learn new thing is because medicine is always changing and technology is always changing

2. Employees' uniforms need to be clean with no wrinkles and with no undergarments showing underneath.

3. It is important to learn team member's strengths so if you for example need someone that has more patience than one person you can send the person with more patience, then the other person could be doing something that the person with patience lacks.

4. The advantages of asking for feedback after implementing a change are that you make employees feel that their opinions are valuable. You can find out about problems that the change has caused. You can learn where adjustments need to be made.

5. Usually a supervisor is an appropriate reference, but for those who are recently out of school and have a little work experience, an instructor or professor would also be an appropriate reference.
