There are various forms of test that has been developed in the past to test fluid intelligence but one of the simplest fluid intelligent test is solving of puzzle. Fluid intelligence is believed  to reduce as we age. Certain cognitive skills associated with fluid intelligence tend to decline as people reach certain age.
