A geometric sequence is a sequence in which the numbers are multiplied by a fixed number called the common ratio. For example the sequence 2,6,18,54 all have the common ratio of 3! 2*3=6, and 6*3=18, and 18*3=54!!!!!!!
The answer to this problem would be a geometric sequence! Here’s why:, each term has the common ratio of 1/5!!!!!!! 500*1/5=100....and so on
There fore your answer is this sequence could be geometric because it can be multiplied by a fraction in order to get the next term!!!!!!! Hope this helped

aleksklad [387]
Assuming this is a 6-sided die:

(a) 1/6 = 0.167 or 16.7 %
(b) zero (numbers on the die are 1-6)
(c) 3/6 = 50% (can be 2, 4, or 6)
(d) 3/6 = 50% (of the numbers you could roll, 2, 3, and 5 are prime)

From a pile of 100 pennies(P), 100 nickels(N), and 100 dimes(D), select 21 coins which have a total value of exactly $1.00. In y
Murrr4er [49]
So, you need 10 penny, 4 nickles and 7 dimes
Lets, check it.
According to the question,
total coins = 21
7 + 4 + 10 = 21
21 = 21.........................................true
Now,
their value should equal $1.00 = 100 cents
Penny = 1 cent
nickle = 5 cent
dime = 10 cent,
So,
(10 *1) + (4 * 5) + (7 * 10) = 100
10 + 20 + 70 = 100
100 = 100......................................true

So, you need 10 penny, 4 nickle, and 7 dimes
