Shtirlitz [24]

Answer:

x-axis(independent) = 1.5

y-axis(dependant) = 75ft

Step-by-step explanation:

An INDEPENDENT variable is the variable yourself can not change, in this case its time. The DEPENDANT variable is the variable that is changed to affect data you are solving for. Idk if this helps you at all to understand for future references but i hope it did!

Each of 8 students reported the number of movies they saw in the past year. This is what they reported: 4, 14, 16, 4, 20, 19, 12
marysya [2.9K]
The mean is simply the average of the total movies seen so..
\frac{4 + 14 + 16 + 4 + 20 + 19 + 12 + 10}{2} = mean
\frac{99}{2} = mean
49.5 = mean

the median is the middle number (or the average of the middle 2 numbers)
so if we line up the numbers in order and cross them out from both ends we get 12 & 14 so we take the average of the 2
13 = median
