Answer:

Down below :) Hope this helps!

Explanation:

Building and sustaining relationships is one of the most important things nowdays. The ability to be able to connect with others, sometimes strangers, is essential to us and a key part of society. Believe it or not, social interaction is the main part of our healthy development. First, sustaining good relationships means you're able to have someone you can fully trust. Although there can be negative impacts in some cases, most of the time, friendships and relationships can last for years. It has been found in some studies that the more healthy relationships you have, the longer you actually live. Some might find this surprising, but it's really not when you think about all the good things that come out of these good relationships. Relationships with others help us meet our goals, although it can seem like you only need yourslef to achieve a certain goal, when you have people that have your back, you're much more likely to succeed. It's extremely important to have a community in which you can share your happy and sad moments, it's what makes us human, and most importantly, it's what keeps us going. All in all, sustaining and making good relationships impacts us positively on our emotional well-being because it gives us a community to share our flaws, good, bad, and angry moments with, it's a key part of society, it helps us both mentally and emotionally, and it can even impact our health in many positive ways often making people live longer.

Rus_ich [418]

Answer:

Nepal is an independent and autonomous constitutional body. It was established in the year 2000 as a statutory body under the Human Rights Commission Act 1997 (2053 BS). The Interim Constitution of Nepal 2007 (2063 BS) made the NHRC a constitutional body. It has a separate sphere of responsibilities in the constitutional legal system of the country. These responsibilities complement the responsibilities of the normal machinery of the administration of Justice, the Supreme Court, the Office of the Attorney General, the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority, and other existing executive, quasi-judicial or judicial bodies of Nepal.Explanation:
